1. Please submit one BLC Application Form PER CHILD, indicating your class selection along with the $100 registration fee.
Please Note: Your child must meet the age requirement listed for each class by September 1, 2024. No exceptions will be made.

2. New Families: Once you have submitted your application forms, please call the BLC office at 630-279-4086 to schedule an observation. A tour of our school is required to complete your child's registration. Observing our classrooms is important to help you understand our program and make an informed decision as to what is best for your child and your family.

3. Once you have submitted this application form (one per child), a confirmation e-mail will be sent to your primary email address within 48 hours.
