Bethel Learning Center is currently seeking dedicated and creative educators to join our team for the upcoming school year.

Open Position:

Lead Teacher for our 3-year-old classroom

Lead Teachers (in accordance with Illinois DCFS) must possess one of the following educational or experimental qualifications:

1. Sixty semester hours (or 90 credit hours) of college credit, with 6 semester hours in early childhood education or child development.

2. An associate degree in early childhood education or child development.

3. A high school diploma or equivalency certificate, plus 3,120 hours (approximately 18 months full time) of experience in a liscensed day care center, kindergarten, or a licensed family home day care, and 6 semester hours in early childhood development or child development.
